How do I book a shoot?

Just send the property address, preferred date/time, and services needed by email or text. We’ll confirm availability and get everything scheduled.
How much notice do you need?

24–48 hours is ideal, though same-week availability is often possible depending on the schedule.
When will I receive the photos?

Photography is typically delivered within 24 hours. Video and larger media packages may take 24–48 hours.
Do I need to be present for the shoot?

Not at all. Lock Studio regularly works with lockboxes, virtual access passes, concierge desks, and property managers, and can let ourselves in and out when instructions are provided.
How far do you travel?

Travel within 25 miles of West LA is included. If the property is farther away, we can discuss a transport fee when scheduling.
What if the property isn’t ready when you arrive?

Homes photograph best when they’re fully prepared before the shoot. If major staging or cleaning is still in progress, we may photograph what’s ready or schedule a return visit if needed.
What is your cancellation policy?

Shoots canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance have no fee.
Same-day cancellations may incur a $75 cancellation fee.
